Reservation and Cancellation Policies

Please read and understand our following policies.

Reservation:

To confirm your stay there is a 3 nights’ deposit payment required at the time of booking.

Balance due payments should be cleared 30 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation:

Full refund, less 5% bank charges

• if cancelled 60 days prior to your arrival, 50% refund, less 5% bank charges.
• if cancelled within 59 – 30 days prior to your arrival, no refunds – on unused portion of stay or no shows

Check in time:  3:00 pm

Checkout time:  11:00 am
