Welcome to a Peaceful Vacation Casita! Witha spectacular view of the world's second-largest Barrier Reef and white sandy beach is Las Amapolas tucked among coconut palm trees.
We invite couples to this perfect beach sanctuary to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Las Amapolas was once an old coconut plantation (El Cocal) which is situated 4.5 miles north on the Mata Grande Area of Ambergris Caye. This safe haven allows you to see the entire island's ambiance with just a 30-minute golf cart drive.
The Space
Las Amapolas (386 sq. ft.) features a private balcony, a king size bed, and beach-chic furnishing. It's a fusion of simplicity, nature and comfort - BAREFOOT LUXURY.
Guest Access
Upon arrival in San Pedro Town, we will be there to meet you at your point of disembarkation. Upon arrival, we will hand over keys and be escorted to the property via Coastal Express Ferry or golf cart. This transportation is at an additional cost of US$5.00 per person per trip.
Other Things To Note
San Pedro Town has a Caribbean/Mexican lifestyle and is bustling in activities during the day. Visitors can enjoy and experience the island cuisine at one of the many restaurants, cafes, and bars in town. Or just simply enjoy watching the locals going about their daily chores.
Don't forget to gaze at the beautiful sunrise from the balcony! With just steps away, you can utilize the private dock for swimming, snorkeling, and fishing!

Upon arrival at property, our guests' will witness our disinfecting stations, signage awareness to practice social distancing, washing/sanitizing hands, wearing a mask when you step out of the unit.
In addition, our enhanced housekeeping protocols steered us to thoroughly clean both hard & soft high-touched .We will be removing extra linens, bedding, towels, guest books/magazines etc. to reduce the spread of cross contamination guided by the Belize Tourism Board protocols. Guests can get extra linens, bedding, and towels upon request.”

The nightly rate quoted does not include hotel tax. A 9% Hotel tax will be added to the nightly rate.
DEPOSIT PAYMENT:
To secure your reservation, a 3 days deposit is required on booking date, and the remaining balance will be collected or charged 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please provide reservationist a valid reason for cancellation.
If you cancel reservation 60 days prior, - A full refund less 5% will be given.
If you cancel 59-31 days prior to arrival - 50% refund less 5% will be given.
If you cancel 30-0 days prior to arrival - NON-REFUNDABLE.
*Any Refund can only be done to the same credit card charged when booking.
